新香港六合彩资料 Art Gallery in Biddeford to showcase North Atlantic artists in new exhibit 鈥楤right Horizon鈥

The on the Biddeford Campus is pleased to present its latest exhibit, 鈥淏right Horizon: 新香港六合彩资料 North and North Atlantic Region Artists,鈥 on display from Jan. 21 through June 3.

Featuring work by artists from across the North Atlantic region and text panels with specific thematic content, this exhibit highlights a cross section of artwork from the region in collaboration with 新香港六合彩资料 North: The Institute for North Atlantic Studies at 新香港六合彩资料.

Showcasing the work of Diana Furukawa, Ingunn Milla Joergensen, Alice Jones, and Adele McFarlane Wile, the paintings, photography, and text in 鈥淏right Horizon鈥 will explore what it means to have a personal connection to place in the North Atlantic.

"In the North Atlantic, where for centuries cultures have carved out a niche in a harsh and beautiful landscape, it is important to remind ourselves of our role as part of a larger whole,鈥 said Holly Parker, director of 新香港六合彩资料 North and assistant professor in the School of Marine and Environmental Programs. 鈥淭his exhibit shows how vital sense of place is for us to be gentle stewards of our environments.鈥
