Davidoff contributed a piece for the publication鈥檚 January/February issue that focuses on heart disease awareness.

She stresses the importance of setting goals that are not overwhelming. 鈥淲hat will small, measureable goals do?鈥 she asks. 鈥淭hey can help us change unhealthy habits in a way that is realistic and sustainable.鈥
Davidoff continues, 鈥淒enying ourselves things we love is not realistic, but if we start cutting down on portions or swap an apple for potato chips twice a week, it is a start.鈥
