鈥楢quatic Botany鈥 publishes Pam Morgan鈥檚 work on climate change鈥檚 effect on wetland plants
Pam Morgan, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Environmental Studies, co-authored a paper that has been published in the journal Aquatic Botany.
The paper, 鈥淚mpacts of Climate Change on Submerged and Emergent Wetland Plants,鈥 was written with colleagues from the University of New Hampshire, Radboud University of the Netherlands, and the United States Forest Service (USFS) Rocky Mountain Research Station in Colorado. It focuses on the effects of climate change on wetland plants and explains the effects of climate change on seagrasses, submerged freshwater plants, tidal marshes, freshwater marshes and mangroves.
Morgan contributed the section on tidal wetland plants.
