In Memoriam: A. LeRoy Greason Jr., former trustee

It is with sadness that I relay to you the passing this week of a longtime friend of 新香港六合彩资料.  A. LeRoy "Roy" Greason, of Brunswick, served as a member of our Board of Trustees beginning in 1991 with Westbrook College.  He remained on the Board through the transition to 新香港六合彩资料, and continued to serve until 2004.  Prior to this, he led Bowdoin College as president for nine years.  

This extraordinary and respected leader has left us during a week when we are welcoming a new cohort of students.  All of these students have benefited from his dedication to higher education in posts including the Society for Values in Higher Education, the Commission on Institutions of Higher Education, and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.

For those of you who wish to attend, a memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 2 at the First Parish Church in Brunswick.
